💗When Meg was already trying for the ambitious 💗When Meg was already trying for the ambitious goal of an unmedicated VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), the hospital didn't think she could also have a water birth.
💗But she proved them wrong when she gave birth in the tub.💗
💗Her first baby was breech.
Despite trying everything she could to turn her, she was unable to and in the end had a c-section.
Even though the birth went well, she was disappointed that she didn't have the experience she wanted.
💗Even though she knew there was a chance it wouldn’t work out, she decided to go for a VBAC on her second birth.
💗In this incredible birth story you’ll hear all about how her birth wishes came true.
You’ll Learn:
➡️ What about Meg’s first birth made her want a VBAC
➡️What lead to her first birth being a cesarean
➡️How hypnobirthing helped her access the trauma from her c-section
➡️When she went into labor for her second birth
➡️What comfort measures she used during her unmedicated birth
➡️How she combined instinct and what she learned from childbirth education to successfully deliver her baby vaginally

🤰TIPS for picking a doula below! ...You should 🤰TIPS for picking a doula below!
...You should think about getting a doula for your birth.
And here are only 4 of the reasons why doulas are amazing, I honestly could go on an on...
💕Doulas provide physical and emotional support during labor and the postpartum period.
Research studies show that having a doula can shorten your labor, decrease your need for pain medicine, and increase your chances for having a vaginal delivery.
☑️I fully support doulas!
In fact, I have a doula as the community manager for my private Facebook group - The Pregnancy & Birth Inner Circle Community🤰🏼!
Choose a doula who's had formal training, doesn’t push her own agenda, and doesn’t try to replace your partner.
To learn how to choose a doula check out episode 218 of my podcast All About Pregnancy & Birth, where you'll learn a step by step process for choosing a doula!
💕Are you using a doula? Let me know below!
